A leading childcare provider in Sunderland is seeking a Senior Childcare Practitioner to support children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment and act as a positive role model. Applicants should have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, and experience in residential care is essential. Location: Sunderland
Provision: Children’s Residential Home (Ages 7-17, EBD & Mild Learning Difficulties)
Hours: 8 am to 8 pm and Occasional 8 am to 8pm + sleep in
Salary: £27,144 - £36,192 base8-10 sleep-ins/month (£52 per sleep)
Potential take-home: Up to £41,184 per annum

As a Senior Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties (MLD). You will be a role model, mentor, and key worker, ensuring the best possible care and outcomes for the children.

Alternative Qualifications Considered:
