About the Role
Are you anexperienced Residential Support Workerlooking to take the next step in your career? Or are you already aSenior Practitionerseeking a new challenge?
As aSenior Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people withEmotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties (MLD). You will be a role model, mentor, and key worker, ensuring the best possible care and outcomes for the children.

What We’re Looking For
Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent – see below)
Experience working with children in residential careor similar settings
Ability to manage challenging behavioursand create a nurturing environment
Full UK Driving Licence(Essential)
Fluency in English(with the ability to understand UK dialects)
Minimum Age:22/23 (in line with regulatory requirements)
Alternative Qualifications Considered:
If you hold aLevel 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care, we will consider your application if you can demonstrate experience working with children and or YPs
Support young peoplewith emotional and behavioural needs in a residential setting
Act as a positive role modeland key worker, helping children develop essential life skills
Promote a nurturing and supportive environmentthat encourages growth and independence
Contribute to care planning, behaviour management, and safeguarding processes
Support less experienced staffand lead shifts as required
