The role of Senior Chef de Partie:
  • Take a hands‑on approach to food preparation, ensuring dishes are executed to perfection and in accordance with established standards.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining impeccable standards of food presentation, taste, and safety within your station.
  • Cook seasonal classic European cuisine, using quality fresh ingredients.
  • Experience in a busy and organised kitchen, with the ability to support multiple sections and guide a team of junior chefs.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, calm approach under pressure and sense of collaboration – you’re our greatest asset.
