A leading UK supermarket chain is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a part-time, fixed-term role at their London Store Support Centre. This position requires expertise in Change Management to facilitate the adoption of new ERP systems within finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. You will support significant change initiatives and improve operational efficiency by delivering high-quality change materials. Please note: This is a part‑time, 18.5‑hour‑per‑week fixed‑term contract for 12 months based at our London Store Support Centre and home.

The Senior Change Manager will have an accounting or finance operations background and form part of an embedded finance function within Commercial Transformation, focusing on our adoption of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This role is critical in effectively landing our next generation of technology assets that integrate, automate and optimise processes and systems across the business driving efficiency and a world‑class customer experience.
Day‑to‑day, you will define, own and deliver Change Management methodologies for technology assets into finance functions, develop change plans, facilitate workshops, and produce high‑quality materials. You will collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams including Project Managers, Product Owners, and SMEs to ensure successful delivery.

You will have demonstrated experience in Change Management methods and practices, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You should be highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
You will be proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail and a drive to inspire those around you. You will role model positive and agile ways of working and bring a new perspective to initiatives, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to improve.
