Overview

As a Residential Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You will lead a team of care staff, including training, supervision and delegating duties on shift. You will assist with administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, district nursing teams and resident family members. Like everyone here, you will respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.

About You / Qualifications
