A leading housing association in Craigavon is seeking a Senior Care & Support Worker to assist in running their care scheme. The role involves compliance with statutory requirements, daily management duties, and supporting elderly residents. Candidates should have supervisory experience and relevant qualifications. The Senior Care & Support Worker will assist the Scheme Manager in running the scheme including compliance with the residential care home regulations, other statutory requirements and Radius's own policies and procedures. In the absence of the Scheme Manager, a Senior Care & Support Worker will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the scheme.
Hours: 36 hours per week
Reference: FHA04300
Salary: £33,366 (SP23) to £37,938 (SP28) per annum
This is a 1 year fixed term position.
