• Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model and engage with service users and staff.
• Implement individual support plans and maintain effective communication with families.
