A leading care provider in Wakefield is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment. You will plan and implement personalised care plans, lead a team, and uphold dignity and independence for residents. Ideal candidates will have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and experience in dementia care, along with excellent communication skills. £13.17 to £13.77 per hour
