A local council in Skelmersdale is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead and support a team in delivering high-quality care to older people and adults living with dementia. Candidates must have NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to work part-time, 23.33 hours per week. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. You will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care. The role supports older people, adults living with dementia and their families across Lancashire, within 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres.
