Overview

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. You will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care. The role supports older people, adults living with dementia and their families across Lancashire, within 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres.

Requirements
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care; willing to complete level 3.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team to provide care.
  • Part‑time role of 23.33 hours per week; salary £25,185 – £25,989 per annum; pro rata.
  • Not open to international sponsorship.
