A luxury elderly care provider in Gravesend is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver high-quality personal care and support residents' wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have NVQ 3 or equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for monitoring residents, supporting medication requirements, and fostering a caring environment. The role requires a minimum of NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, along with 2 years' experience in a similar care environment.
Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required.
