Job Summary

Pay and Contract

£15 an hour | Permanent | Full‑time

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the wellbeing of each resident and update care plans and written records accordingly.
  • Take part in the person‑centred care planning process, including implementing, monitoring and monthly evaluations.
  • Support residents with their medication requirements.
  • Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development.
  • Act as the key point of contact for residents, their relatives and health and social care professionals, ensuring reasonable requests are acted on and concerns or complaints are escalated.
Qualifications and Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in care for care homes.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar care environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude toward supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
  • Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
Additional Requirements
  • DBS Disclosure check – cost covered by Avery Healthcare.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
