Senior Care Assistant role with Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar care setting and the ability to communicate effectively and work flexibly.

Responsibilities
  • Support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, be aware of changes impacting care and care plans, ensure that new needs are met, and update written records accordingly.
  • Be involved in person-centred care planning, implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations.
  • Support residents with their medication requirements.
  • Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development where required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals, ensuring reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are escalated.

  • Be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

  • DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
