A luxury elderly care provider in Chorleywood is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support the care team in delivering high standards of personal care. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ 3 in care and possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment. Responsibilities include monitoring residents' wellbeing, supporting medication requirements, and acting as a key contact for residents and their families.
