Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant is required, along with a caring nature, good communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice. A warm, approachable, and engaging persona, and a respect for everyone, treating others as you would expect to be treated, are also essential.
