As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You'll supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You'll respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and help create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.
Your role as a Bank Senior Care Assistant will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.
