The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ 3 or equivalent and have 2 years of experience in a care environment. Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work with the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals.
