A leading care provider in Radcliffe is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team that enhances residents' dignity and independence. Responsibilities include developing personalized care plans, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining accurate care records. Candidates should have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and experience in person-centered care, especially for those with dementia. The role offers competitive hourly rates and growth opportunities.
This role is for Full Time Days, 33 hours per week, working over a seven day rota.
As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. You will contribute to Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care, helping residents with dignity, security and independence. You will get to know residents and their families to deliver truly personalised care plans. You will lead a team of Care Assistants and be a positive influence on the rest of the team. You may assist residents with mobility, meals, and communicating with families, always approaching tasks with kindness.
You will collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administer medications where required. You will maintain accurate records of your work and build strong relationships with your team.
