About the role

As a Senior Care Assistant at Bowbridge Court, your core focus will be kindness. You will be responsible for planning and implementing caring actions that give residents a sense of security, dignity and independence, as well as building strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

Main duties of the job

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring personalised care plans are delivered. You will provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, administer medication, maintain accurate records, and support safeguarding by recognising, reporting and escalating concerns.
