Job summary

A leading care provider is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Gillingham. You will manage the daily needs of residents, lead a team, and ensure high standards of care in a compassionate environment. Ideal candidates have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and at least 2 years’ experience. This full-time position includes shifts during nights and weekends.
