A leading care provider in Crewe is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and provide high-quality, personalized care. Duties include planning care plans, assisting residents with daily activities, and administering medication. The ideal candidate should have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and experience in dementia care. Night position. As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. You will contribute to our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes, helping residents with dignified, personalised care and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain high standards of care, and influence the team by example. You may assist with activities, support residents’ physical and mental stimulation, and work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide essential care, including administering medication when required.
One of your key responsibilities is to maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the rest of the team.
