Senior Care Assistant – Broadbridge Park, Horsham - £12.58 per hour

• 71 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Home
• 12 Hour shifts (8am to 8pm)
• Shifts include alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required.
• Support and mentor junior care staff, ensuring they provide excellent care.
• Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
