A prominent service delivery organization is seeking a Senior Capacity Planner to lead the development of capacity models and support operational delivery. In this remote role, you will be pivotal in shaping strategies through effective workforce forecasting and modelling techniques. The Capita HAAS team are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Capacity Planner.
The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of medium- to long-term capacity modelling within the Performance Management function. This senior role is central to shaping operational strategy through robust modelling, scenario analysis, and workforce forecasting.
This is a home based remote role.
The Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) arranges and carries out assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Communities (DfC).
The purpose of the assessment is to understand how an illness or disability affects a person's daily life. After the assessment, the DWP/DfC makes the decision as to whether the individual will receive any benefits. The Health Assessment Advisory Service is delivered on behalf of the DWP & DfC by Capita.
