Overview

An opportunity is available at Bolton CAMHS for a BAND 6 Senior CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner to join our friendly and hardworking team. Assessments, formulation, and treatment are provided to support the needs of CYPs in collaboration with the full MDT at CAMHS.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, formulation, interventions, advice and risk management for CYP mental health within the THRIVE framework.
  • Engage young people and families, promoting positive relationships.
  • Discuss cases in daily huddles and clinical supervision.
  • Demonstrate an attitude that respects and values service users’ and their carers.
  • Uphold core values of the organisation and adopt the principles of Recovery and THRIVE, including safe practices, value the aims of service users, work in partnership and offer meaningful choice, be optimistic about meaningful change, and value social inclusion.
  • Access to clinical supervision, individual line management and continuous professional development.
