Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years' experience of using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience of working in a Building Services / MEP with good knowledge of M&E engineering services.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide CAD Technician support to the M&E team.
• Produce 2D or Revit from engineer's mark ups.
• Set up drawings Xref's in 2D and initial Revit models.
• Organize and prioritize drawing production.
• Organize and QA incoming drawings.
• Manage other members of the CAD REVIT team.
• Standardize CAD standards and CAD library.
• Liaise with other consultants and contractors as appropriate.
• Attend site meetings as appropriate.

Location: London, near Waterloo • Hybrid (office Monday-Thursday; option to work from home on Friday)

Salary: £42k - £50k + Benefits Package

This role is to join a dynamic consultancy, providing a wide range of MEP design services across industry sectors including commercial and hospitality.
