Job Title : Senior Business Manager – Car Dealership

Location : Brentford, TW8

Salary : £40,000 + bonus - £65,000 OTE + company car

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Business Manager to lead the daily activity of their car showroom in Brentford, providing a visible presence and ensuring every customer interaction exceeds expectations. In this pivotal role, you will also support the Head of Sales in managing the sales environment, the team, and the processes that drive both profit and customer satisfaction.

Location

This exceptional role is based at our clients Flagship Dealership in West London, Brentford a world‑class facility featuring a 25‑ramp workshop, its own multi‑story car park, and a sophisticated indoor used car showroom. This dealership sets the benchmark for automotive excellence, delivering an unrivalled experience for both customers and team members. Key Responsibilities

As Senior Business Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

  • Ensuring all enquiries are handled to the highest standards on our systems by close of business every day.
  • Leading and managing the sales team to consistently achieve volume and margin targets.
  • Delivering class‑leading vehicle displays and maintaining immaculate forecourt areas.
  • Managing the sales process while maintaining a hands‑on role with customers.
  • Achieving F& I commission and penetration objectives.
  • Ensuring all finance documents are completed accurately and honestly, in line with legal requirements (e.g., the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and relevant insurance codes of practice).

  • Previous experience as a Senior Showroom Manager / Senior Business Manage / Sales Manager in a car dealership environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High levels of commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.
  • A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude in the workplace.
  • A professional approach with the ability to mentor and support others.
