A fantastic business development opportunity to join our Enterprise and Mid Market organisation within Sky Business. Delivering a range of solutions leveraging our comprehensive UK-wide network, extensive range of partners, and our parent company Comcast Business to meet our customers' needs today and into the future. You will need to be a self-starter, passionate, with a proven flair to establish and drive new business opportunities across a range of customers.

What you'll do:
  1. Identify, develop, and acquire new customers and business for Sky Business within our mid to large customer sector, leveraging our portfolio of communication services.
  2. Support and successfully undertake sales campaigns at sector, vertical, and customer levels to drive lead generation and opportunities, working with cross-functional teams and partners.
  3. Build and manage a continuous prospect pipeline with ratios to deliver and exceed sales targets.
  4. Be trading focused and commercially aware, continually looking for opportunities to drive profitability and faster growth for the business.
  5. Ensure new business customer wins are seamlessly onboarded and professionally handed over into the business.
  6. Partner with marketing and product management to trial and scale sales of new B2B products and value propositions, including new pricing and packaging.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely account pipeline and opportunity forecasts, deal status, etc., with real-time updates and reporting on Salesforce.
What you'll bring:
  1. A proven track record of delivering high-volume new business telecoms sales/deals into mid-sized to large national businesses.
  2. Commercially savvy, adept at optimizing a diverse range of revenue-driving KPIs.
  3. Experience in securing national telecommunication accounts, prospecting, presenting, and closing sales.
  4. Experience in a matrix, complex, sales, and customer-focused organization, ideally in a build-and-grow business environment.
  5. Resilient in the face of obstacles, with experience working in a young business with rapidly changing capabilities and demands.
  6. Relentless focus on achieving sales results despite obstacles and challenges of a fast-evolving business.

This role is field-based, involving travel around the UK and regular visits to Sky offices, including our head office in Isleworth.
