The Role

Capco is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver real change for clients across Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management. You will bring strong business analysis skills combined with domain expertise to help solve complex challenges and enable lasting transformation. Working in a consulting environment you will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to define and deliver pragmatic results-driven outcomes.

What Youll Do

• Lead business analysis workstreams driving requirements definition, gap analysis and solution design
• Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights across key financial services domains
• Shape and deliver business change, system implementation and regulatory programmes
• Facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements and support agile or waterfall delivery
• Present structured findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels

What Were Looking For

• Strong business analysis experience with proven change delivery across financial services
• Deep knowledge in one or more domains: Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management
• Experience collaborating with delivery teams to translate business needs into functional designs
• Demonstrated consulting soft skills: adaptability, stakeholder management, structured thinking and excellent communication
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile / Waterfall methodologies with experience using tools like Jira
