This is a role managing customer demand/expectations. You will assist with the delivery of change by partnering with other IT functions and business units to understand their needs, working to ensure they receive optimum service from us and help coordinate prioritised delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in owning the delivery of multiple projects in a matrix systems environment.
• Comfortable coordinating and facilitating requirements workshops and negotiating with up to 10 stakeholders.
• Skilled at uncovering true business needs, identifying solution options, and presenting proposals delivering business benefits. Confident at presenting ideas and recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal translation of technology to business terms.
• Target‑driven and focused on owning a business solution delivery timeline.
• A team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others.
• Willing to travel to UK and Asia / South Africa offices if required.
• Self‑organising and customer / end‑user delivery focused.
• An understanding of data governance frameworks and protocols.
• An understanding of ITIL processes and standards.
