Overview

Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a passion for improving processes, driving efficiencies, and supporting large-scale transformation projects?

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing PMO team where you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver impactful change and enable business success.

Responsibilities
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of current processes and business practices through shadowing, interviews, and analysis
  • Drafting, validating, and finalising business and technical requirements
  • Developing UAT strategies, creating test cases, and managing UAT completion and defect resolution
  • Assessing the impact of process changes on people, systems, and business operations to prioritise needs effectively
  • Collaborating closely with Project and Programme Managers to support projects from discovery through implementation
  • Assisting with implementation activities as required, ensuring solutions meet business needs
  • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of processes post-implementation to confirm positive impact and long-term value
  • Engaging with PMO leadership to align with wider business vision, goals, and initiatives
  • Supporting organisational data requirements, including ad hoc reporting and dashboard design for KPI tracking
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with data and technical systems
  • 5+ years of experience with Finance, ERP, or platforms such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, or Microsoft D365
  • Proficiency in creating business cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams, with additional experience in functional requirements, data mapping, and systems migrations
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience working with reporting and business intelligence tools
  • Strong understanding of business process and lifecycle management principles
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Slack, or Asana (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use independent judgement to resolve complex issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences
  • Effective interpersonal skills to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information
