As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll take the lead on business analysis activities within your project areas, using your expertise to drive improvements and deliver real value. You'll select the right tools and techniques to identify opportunities for change and make informed recommendations. You'll work closely with senior technical and business stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on requirements and acceptance criteria. The scale and impact of your work will be significant. You'll contribute to large, complex products or services, sometimes working across several areas at once. You'll collaborate within agile, multidisciplinary teams, all focused on delivering excellent outcomes for DWP's users. You'll facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to turn business and user needs into effective solutions. You'll also mentor junior BAs, develop your leadership skills, and help shape the future of our BA community—including supporting recruitment as we grow.
