Role
Working closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Line of Business‑critical stakeholders, Customer Experience Designers, and Engineers, you will act as a communicator, facilitator, and mediator to identify and implement effective solutions through technology, strategy, and analytics. You will provide leadership to team members by collaborating with others, articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Business Analysts, Architects, and UI/UX experts to identify requirements and propose solutions.
- Evaluate and document existing processes and suggest potential improvements.
- Prepare high‑level requirements for further refinement, including high quality, clear user stories.
- Accurately capture information in a format that stakeholders can understand, review, and approve.
- Run effective stakeholder workshops – always looking to keep things interactive and fun.
- Liaise with off‑site stakeholders using remote communication tools such as teleconferencing and email.
- Work closely with our Engineers to meet our business and customer requirements while building it right.
Qualifications
- Commitment to learning and development in the field of business analysis, solution development, and product design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working in a team‑oriented and collaborative environment.
- Experience with software development methodologies, life cycles, and senior processes.
- Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Continuous improvement and learning mindset.
Desired skills
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum and/or Kanban) is preferable.
- Experience in IT or the Finance industry desirable but not essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computing, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifications (such as IIBA) are desirable but not essential.
