• Work with Business stakeholders to analyse business situations, assess areas for change and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Help prioritise ideas based on potential value and strategic alignment

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for retail to join our dynamic Change function as a Senior Business Analyst. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful business change, involved from the earliest stages of a project-identifying opportunities, shaping ideas into viable business cases, and navigating uncertainty with confidence and creativity.

This role requires strong retail experience and a proven ability to work in the early, more strategic phases of projects. You'll be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, sharing ideas, and turning them into clear, validated business propositions. You'll contribute across the full change lifecycle-from concept through to implementation and early life support.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a strong foundation in business analysis, ideally supported by the BCS Business Analysis International Diploma, or equivalent. You'll have a solid understanding of business complexity, project interdependencies, and experience delivering change across both agile and waterfall methodologies-including blended approaches.

You'll be confident eliciting and documenting complex requirements using a range of techniques, and have a proven track record of working on large, multi-stream projects. Your ability to manage multiple initiatives, engage stakeholders at all levels, and clearly articulate risks and impacts will be key to your success. Experience in coaching and developing others is essential, as is your ability to support sponsors in identifying benefits and building robust business cases.

You'll also bring a strong grasp of how technology can be applied to solve business challenges, with demonstrable success across both project and business change delivery.
