Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct building surveys and valuations, including RICS Building Surveys and Homebuyer reports.
• Prepare detailed reports for clients, ensuring clear communication and reassurance.
• Work closely with a team of Chartered Surveyors in a home-based role.

Requirements:

• MRICS or FRICS qualification; VRS registration preferred.
• Experience in the West Midlands is advantageous.
• Full driving license for travel within the area.
• Strong technical and communication skills, with excellent time management.
• Ability to produce comprehensive, understandable survey reports.

Benefits:

• Salary between £50,000 - £60,000.
• Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm, with flexible options.
