What you'll need

• MRICS - Chartered
• Experience across projects and professional instructions
• Hands‑on mindset in a small and collaborative close‑knit team
• Comfortable managing a varied workload across London and the Southeast

What you'll do

• Work on commercial and high‑end residential projects up to £1m
• Deliver a range of working incl. dilapidations, party wall, CA/PM and PPM
• Provide employer’s agent and principal designer services
