Oversee projects, manage the project team and effectively utilise their skills, plus your own, to bring the project to a successful conclusion.

Maintain a clear vision, to ensure that the Client's Objectives are met whilst managing risk and balancing the contractors demands against the clients fee and scope of service.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Directors in maintaining project and workplace compliancy
• Take responsibility for managing the data security of your project(s)
• Accept new appointments with existing Clients following agreement with Director.
• Agree deliverables, fee levels, roles and responsibilities and programme.
• Under the supervision of the Project Director, lead the project on behalf of the client.
• Be an effective team member.
• Share your professional skills, knowledge and experience with other team members so as to ensure best outcomes for the project
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project team
• Set high aspirations for design quality.
• Provide a single point of contact for the Client and their Design Team
• Ensure the information is complete, or has adequate information to progress the design to an agreed level of development
• Support the Project Team in interpreting and optimising the Client's Objectives.
