About the role

As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will:

• Deliver excellent service and manage a range of client types
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Support and develop junior building surveyors within the team

• Building pathology

About you

• MRICS qualified (2+ years' post qualification experience)
• Degree in Building Surveying (BSc or MSc) or related field
• Commercially astute with strong technical knowledge
• Proven ability to meet fee targets and support generation of new business
• Collaborative team player with a supportive and approachable outlook
