£100,000 - £110,000 + Package

Fawkes & Reece are representing a leading Tier 1 contractor in the search for a Senior Building Services Manager to take the lead on a high-profile, technically complex scheme in London, a major new studio development.

This is a flagship project where you'll be responsible for managing the full MEP delivery through all stages of the construction phase, from cradle to grave. You'll be joining a highly experienced and well-established project team, many of them have successfully delivered some of the most iconic major builds across London.

The business has a strong track record of delivering complex projects to the highest standard and offers an environment where high performance is recognised and supported. This role would suit a confident and experienced Senior Building Services Manager who thrives in a collaborative setting and is ready to play a key part in a major scheme from the ground up.
