Qualifications

• Preferred registration at class 3 with the Building Safety Regulator, minimum at class 2a-f and class 4.
• Ability to support senior officers and confidence to challenge based on evidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Building Control service according to policies and procedures.
• Develop effective methods for measuring and monitoring services.
• Assist in training staff to maintain highest standards.
