A premium English sparkling wine producer in Alresford is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess 5–7 years of brand management experience, with strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy. Contract: 4 working days per week / 30 hours, permanent.
Started by four siblings, on land owned by the family for generations, Grange Estate Wines makes exquisite sparkling wines from a 10.4 hectare vineyard planted in 2011 and tended using regenerative viticultural practices. We are focussed on introducing as many people as possible to the award-winning wines that our chalky Hampshire soils produce.
Alongside our own wines we also make for a handful of quality‑focussed producers from around the country. We are aiming to grow the winery to an annual production of about 200,000 bottles.

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager with at least 5–7 years of experience to take ownership of our brand and customer activity. This is a hands‑on, office‑based role at the winery, ideal for a creative individual who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery skills. You will be the guardian of the brand, shaping how it shows up across trade, digital, content, and partnerships, while working closely with the commercial team to support growth.
Own and evolve the brand positioning and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
Act as a brand guardian, maintaining brand guidelines and balancing creative ideas with data‑driven thinking.
Plan and deliver trade marketing initiatives to support on‑trade, off‑trade, and distributor relationships.
Develop sales tools, presentations, and POS materials for trade partners.
Support launches, tastings, events, and trade activations.
Own digital marketing activity, including paid media and performance marketing.
Oversee website content and updates in line with brand and commercial objectives.
Track performance, analyse results, and report on ROI and KPIs.
Lead social media strategy, content planning, and publishing across key platforms.
Manage newsletters and CRM communications, from planning through to execution.
Create and commission engaging content (copy, imagery, video) aligned with the brand story.
Oversee, design and produce in‑house marketing assets, both printed and digital.
Brief and manage designers, photographers, and other creatives as required.
Ensure all assets are on‑brand and of a premium standard.
Develop and manage content partnerships aligned with brand values and audience.

At least 5–7 years’ experience in a brand management (FMCG or luxury desirable – wine/spirits experience is not essential).
Strong brand‑building and storytelling credentials, ideally within a premium context.
Proven experience across digital, content, social, and an understanding of performance marketing.
Hands‑on project management, with accountability for spend, prioritisation, and ROI, from briefing through to delivery.
Experience working with distributors and trade partners to support brand visibility and commercial objectives.
Confidence working with creative assets and overseeing design processes.
Organised, efficient, proactive, and commercially minded.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
