Responsibilities

• Monitor bank activity and maintain cashflow.
• Process supplier payments and complete bank reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT returns and maintain import/export data.
• Post journals and manage debit notes.
• Carry out credit card reconciliations and monthly adjustments.
• Support credit checks and handle currency transfers.
• Prepare monthly payroll information, manage PAYE, NI, and pensions.
• Ensure timely payment of statutory taxes.
• Assist with audits and year-end tasks.
• Oversee the Credit Controller and cover annual leave.
