Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to manage maintenance processes both in-house and externally.
• Understanding of UK health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hard services and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
• Support Facilities team with PM maintenance, including laboratory maintenance.
• Manage Building Management System (BMS) and review alarm logs daily.
