Senior Bid Writer

Salary: £45,000 + benefits

Location: London

Region: London

Senior Bid Writer urgently required for a privately owned Construction company with a mixture of projects in Social Housing, Education, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Police, Fire Service, Health Authorities, and private clients.

This role manages all Bid Activities within the business to ensure high-quality bids are submitted to customers on time and within budget, resulting in excellent customer feedback, increased order intake, and an improved bid win/lose ratio.

The key duties include working on own initiative, conducting research, interviewing contributors, and gathering information from various sources to construct a solid, well-structured response to the client's PQQ and tender document. This involves writing all bids and ensuring they are of sufficient quality to be submitted to sector clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing capabilities, organizational and project management skills, an eye for detail, meticulous proof-reading and communication skills, knowledge of the construction industry, the ability to work under strict deadlines, and good communication skills.
