As our Senior B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us win, grow, and retain these audiences. You’ll design and deliver marketing strategies that deliver results, bring our campaigns to life, and position Octopus Money as the go-to partner for financial wellbeing.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll shape and lead everything from ABM programmes and lead generation campaigns to LinkedIn content and live events. You’ll bring creativity, structure and a test-and-learn mindset balancing high-level planning with sharp execution.
You’re commercially minded. You understand how marketing drives revenue. You’re focused on outcomes, not vanity metrics, and know how to create value in long sales cycles.
You’re a creative operator. You bring ideas to the table and make them happen. You think creatively and execute with precision, balancing quality and speed.
You love B2B. You understand the nuances of B2B marketing. You know how to tailor content, campaigns and messaging to reach and resonate with professional buyers.
You know how to test, learn and optimise. You approach marketing with curiosity and rigour. You’re comfortable experimenting, analysing results and iterating quickly.
You collaborate with purpose. You build strong relationships across marketing, sales, partnerships and product and know how to align stakeholders around shared goals.
In return for your contribution, we offer a base salary of £65,000 - £75,000 DOE + benefits.

Flexible working. We currently operate a hybrid model which is a mix of office and remote. You’ll have the option of working from home 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) with the remainder from our central London office in Holborn.
Work from anywhere. We give an 18 day work from anywhere allowance to swap out the on site days or take some time working from another country. NB - Due to compliance regulations this does not apply to individuals that give regulated financial advice.
