Overview

We\'re representing a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a strong Midlands presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality work across commercial, rural and development sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RICS-qualified Surveyor (c.5+ years PQE) to take a leading role in expanding a busy Commercial Agency department handling a diverse portfolio spanning industrial, office, retail, investment and development property. You\'ll join a collaborative, tight-knit team where you\'ll have the autonomy to shape your own workload, drive business growth, and see the tangible results of your efforts, all without the red tape of a corporate structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the commercial agency offering in Shrewsbury and beyond
• Manage valuations, acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and rent reviews
• Provide expert asset management advice to a loyal client base
• Win new business and nurture strong client relationships
• Deliver work to the highest professional and RICS standards

Qualifications

• RICS qualification with around 5+ years PQE
• Strong valuation, appraisal and lease advisory skills
• Proven ability to win and retain clients
• A personable, proactive approach and genuine passion for property
