Role

  • Advise clients on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on matters including landlord/tenant and boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession claims, enforcement of covenants and lease renewals
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
  • Develop strong client relationships

You

  • 6+ years PQE
  • A proven track recordmanaging complex property transactions and delivering successful dispute resolution outcomes
  • Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking
