Senior Associate / Legal Director - Real Estate Investment - Bristol with hybrid working

Client

An expanding team that acts for some of the most prestigious and sophisticated real estate investors globally, within a full service, UK top 50, forward-thinking law firm.

Role
  1. Provide accurate and commercially practical advice to clients.
  2. Assist in the management of junior team members and support the leadership team across all offices.
  3. Be an integral part of the business development initiatives and growth strategy of the team.
You
  1. An ambitious 6+ years PQE solicitor with strong knowledge of real estate investment transactions.
  2. Experience in conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals, asset management, portfolio financings.
  3. Have acted for landlords and tenants across sectors regarding leases, surrenders, conditional and unconditional lease agreements.
  4. Aptitude for business development.
