A leading crypto platform in London is seeking a Senior Associate for Institutional Sales to manage a pipeline of prospects and generate new business. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of institutional crypto sales experience with a strong network in European trading firms. This role requires excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of the cryptocurrency market. Compensation includes competitive salary, equity grants, and a hybrid work model.

The Department: Institutional Sales

Senior Associate, Institutional Sales
The ideal candidate brings deep crypto-native experience, a strong network, and robust product knowledge to ensure comprehensive coverage across all institutional needs. This person will be responsible for managing their own independent pipeline of prospects while collaborating with the team to cover existing clients. In addition, this person must be a strategic thinker who can help product managers effectively prioritize critical client feedback to influence the development of new product features and innovations.
