Senior Associate - Employment - Ipswich

Our longstanding and award winning client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Associate to join their new Ipswich office. Working alongside a partner, you will take a leading role in complex employment disputes and client advisory work including:

  • Advising employers on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law
  • Employment Tribunal claims
  • Redundancy and restructuring
  • Grievances and disciplinaries
Responsibilities
  • Take a leading role in complex employment disputes and client advisory work alongside a partner
  • Advise employers on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law
  • Manage Employment Tribunal claims
  • Contribute to redundancy and restructuring projects
  • Handle grievances and disciplinaries as part of case work
About you
  • Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Proven track record in managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
  • Collaborative and proactive approach
