As an Experienced Hire Senior Associate or Consultant at BCG, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborative teams, identifying, developing, and implementing solutions for client challenges. What You'll Bring

• To be considered for a Consultant role you'll need at least 5 years of continuous work experience post‑graduation.
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem‑solving, paired with high attention to detail.
