As part of their continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor at Senior or Associate level to join their Kent office.

The Role

This is a varied position covering both professional and project work across commercial, residential, and education sectors. You’ll lead client relationships, deliver technical advice, manage project teams, and play a key role in developing business within the region. Typical work includes :

  • Project management from inception to completion
  • Contract administration and project delivery
  • Dilapidations, technical due diligence, and defect analysis
  • Party wall and general professional instructions

About You
  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
